Each of Conserto villas are built according to high architectural aesthetics and fully harmonized with the simplicity and the abstract logic of the Cycladic landscape, spread across multiple levels covering a surface of 172 square meters of living areas!
The main house of 104m2 in total includes the ground level where you will find a big open space kitchen and living area equipped with stereo system, TV, fireplace and fan as well as a small storage space with washing machine. From this ground floor you have great views of the Aegean Sea through the large bright windows and direct access to the outdoor lounge area with the infinity swimming pool in front and the independent guestrooms surrounded by beautiful gardens in the back.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a large double bed, a working space and its en-suite bathroom equipped with all modern amenities such as ceiling fans, TV, stereo system, A/C and from where you have access to its private veranda offering amazing panoramic views of the sea.
At the back of the main house surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden there are three independent guest houses all of them composed of a large double bed (or two singles/upon request) their en-suite bathrooms with showers and their own little porches with sitting areas.
