Villa Courante, located at the south east part of the island is a newly constructed villa of high quality standards with a traditional architectural style. Due to its location, at an elevated position just before entering the village of Aspro Chorio it offers privacy and amazing panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands. It is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with capacity for 6 (+2 upon request), with beautiful inside and outside lounge areas where guests can spend their time relaxing in comfort, perfect for families or couples!

Upon entering the house, a hallway leads you to the open plan living area, where you have a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their meals. The living area has a large sofa, nicely decorated giving a sense of summer. A dining table is also available right between the living room and the kitchen from where you have access to the outside veranda where you will find a sitting lounge shaded under pergola overlooking the swimming pool area offering breath-taking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.
On the same level there is a bedroom with capacity for 3 people, it is composed of a bunkbed and a sofa bed usually used for children. A bathroom is also available on this floor.
A staircase leading to the upper level of Villa Courante gives you access to the master bedroom with a double bed and a veranda with a sitting lounge offering panoramic views. On the same floor you also have a second bedroom composed of two single beds.
On the outside from the kitchen veranda you enter the large patio of the swimming pool. Here you have sun beds perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun, next to this area you will find and a covered under pergola BBQ area with a large built in marble table perfect for family or friend dinner nights under the starry night sky! A small lounge area next to the swimming pool covered by lawn with cosy cushions and a hammock is also available.
Due to the villas location it has direct access to the main road making it easy to get around if guests wish to discover the island treasures and far enough not to be affected by traffic noise, the house offer privacy and has a parking space just outside the property.
All in all, Villa courante is the ideal place for families or couples looking to relax in comfort and enjoy the most amazing sea views the house offers, in privacy and near many quiet sandy beaches.
