If you are planning to visit the magnificent island of Paros for your summer vacation, for a romantic getaway, our family Villa 'Etude provides the ultimate accommodation for 12 guests in comfort.
Explore the Cycladic architecture and the breath-taking views of the Aegean Sea, while enjoying every single moment you spend in pure luxury and comfort.
The beautifully landscaped outside area with a nice swimming pool (17 meters wide, 1.5-meter depth), a private tennis-court / mini soccer and various trees and plants have been perfectly integrated in the surrounding nature. This estate was built in a perfect balance between Cycladic Architecture, elegance and aesthetic style without creating the impression to be too intrusive.
The total living area of 430 m² is distributed between the main building and the autonomous guest house with access from the swimming pool area.
Set on two separate levels, the villa features a spacious high-ceilinged living room with large white couches leading up to a minimalistic dining area and a second circular sitting area next to the fully equipped kitchen all offering beautiful views to the east coast of the island.
The main house is comprised of a large living area with dining room and kitchen, a master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and the other 4 bedrooms and has access to the outside terrace with the swimming pool, the built in BBQ and wood-oven and the beautiful lounge and dining areas from where guests won’t get enough of the magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands.
Villa Etude is equipped with an underfloor cooling system (A/C) providing the house with a standard 24,5° temperature which can be adjusted depending on guests needs, creating the perfect atmosphere to live in during the hot days or cooler nights of the summer!
On the 1st floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and its en suite bathroom from where you also have access to the outside where a pergola shaded terrace including pillowed lounges, offer great open-air living spaces for day and night entertainment. This amazing villa also has another two twin and two double bedroom with their own separate bathrooms.
An independent guest house of 50 sq.m with access from the pool terrace consisted of 1 double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a day bed that could be used as an extra bed, dressing room and small kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine can be available for extra guests use.
