Villa Fandango is a white stone house located in the pleasant area of San Andreas, just 5 minutes drive from Naoussa which is also possible to be reached on foot by a beautiful inner road road in about 25 minutes.

The property consists of a main house and a large independent guest house both opening onto a large terrace surrounding the house.

The large outdoor area consists of a swimming pool of 6x12mt surrounded by 8 deckchairs, a dining room well protected from the sun by a large pergola with a table for up to 12 people and a large gas barbecue.
Two lounges overlook the bay of Kolymbithres where relax day and night enjoying a beautiful landscape.

The main house is a building of 300m². On the ground floor is a large living area consisting of a living room as well as a dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Music lovers will appreciate the opportunity to enjoy a good quality Hi-Fi system.

On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms each opening onto a private terrace.
A large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a double bedroom and bathroom.

On the ground floor there is an indoor lounge/ games room as well as a bathroom shared by two bedrooms that open onto a large common terrace. The first room has two single beds. The second bedroom is very spacious and has 2 single beds as well as a bunk bed, ideal for teenagers.

The next guest house consists of a sitting area with a kitchenette including a coffee machine and refrigerator, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom.
The sofa in the living room consists of two single beds 80*200cm and can be used as beds if the guest house is occupied by a couple with 2 small children.

As the house was specially built with very large stone walls that keep it cool, it is equipped with ceiling fans rather than air conditioning for a more eco-responsible approach.
