Located in Tripiti this villa sits upon an isolated hill at the southern tip of the island offering both privacy, serenity and panoramic views of the landscape and the Aegean Sea. A large grey-stone paved patio welcomes you to the entrance of the house offering a secure parking space right upon entering the property.
From the main entrance you enter the villas main living area from where you have amazing panoramic views through the large windows and direct access to the outside pool and lounge areas. The main terrace outdoors features comfortable sitting and dining arrangements and a beautiful inviting swimming pool that overlooks the coastline.
From the main living area to the right you have a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a covered veranda where guests will be able to enjoy their meals under shade in a beautiful cosy atmosphere with traditional Cycladic patio furniture right next to the outdoor BBQ which overlooks the swimming pool.
Towards the left wing of the residence you will find 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and covered patio with a sitting area and the second bedroom with two singles and views to the outside garden. From the hallway you have access to the 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an outdoor covered patio with lounge furniture, a utility/storage room with a washing machine and the staircase leading to the 1st floor.
Here you will find the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and access to its verandas from where guests have great unobstructed panoramic views. On the same floor there is also a children’s single bedroom with its own balcony.
This property has also 2 guesthouses one on the pool level and one on the Garden level. The pool level guesthouse has 1 Bedroom with a king size bed, a kitchenette and its own en-suite bathroom and access to its own covered under pergola veranda with seating chairs and table right next to the beautifully landscaped garden.
The independent garden level guesthouse with direct access to the entrance and parking space of the plot has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles sharing a family bathroom, a kitchenette and an outdoor shaded under pergola veranda right next to the surrounding beautifully landscaped gardens of this villa.
All bedrooms have large windows that allows the guests to enjoy the views and all the rooms have access to the terraces that are surrounded by the garden full of local seasoned flowers.
