Villa Jazz is spread over a main house on two levels and a separate wing dedicated to guests.
The entrance to the main house, with generous proportions and full of light, incorporates a kitchen with large central island with honey wood furniture, a large wooden dining table, the living area with a contemporary modular sofa and a handful of armchairs gathered around a decorative fireplace.
At the same floor the master bedroom has airy double sea view with access to a shaded private terrace. The en-suite bathroom has double theatrical sinks and separate toilets and shower cubicles.
The remaining accommodations are located in the guest wing, which host four independent double rooms, each with private bathroom and access to a private terrace overlooking the sea.
Two of the rooms have a connecting door, which can be locked or left open depending on the needs of the occupants (great for parents who need to stay close to young children).
A staircase near the dining area leads to the basement, which houses a fully equipped gym and, in addition, the staff accommodation. The gym opens onto a fabulously shaded and secluded courtyard with steps leading back to ground level.
One of the terraces is dedicated to the dining area with its large table, a fireplace, a bar and a barbecue area. A flight of stairs leads to the beautifully appointed roof terrace, which offers fabulous sea views and beautiful sunsets.
Just around the corner there is an expanse of seating that overlooks the sea and, going down a few steps, the beautiful pool area equipped with built-in beds super comfortable.
One end of the suggestive 15 meters swimming pool ong bath is dedicated to a hydromassage corner overlooking the amazinhg sea view.
A small paths leads on a slope behind the main house up to a further panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the small promontory on which the property is located.
Last but not least, in a quiet corner of the garden, it is a decked platform dedicated to yoga session, meditation or just a moment of contemplation of the Nature around, overlooking the sea.
