Villa Magica is located in an exclusive location with magnificent views over the bay in a short distance from Paroikia village.
Villa Magica has been conceived with pure hedonism in mind: beautifully designed interiors, sun-kissed terraces, infinity swimming pool, rooftop lounge area and outdoor dining area and lounge area.
Villa Magica is the ultimate luxurious summer villa and at the same time a warm contemporary summer home delivering over-the-top accommodation.
Villa Magica has been built on a 10-acre estate and consists of a main building, three guesthouses, a 15-meter pool, a large living area, and a stone-built barbecue in the outdoor dining area. All building volumes follow the historical Cycladic architecture of sloping external walls.
Beautifully crafted stone steps lead to the entrance of the main building, while a stone ramp has been designed for individuals with special needs, allowing for easy transportation of luggage. Next to the double blue door, adorned with bougainvillea, welcomes you a traditional stone well with crystal-clear water. The main building features on the ground floor a large living room and dining area overlooking the sea, a kitchen, WC, three bedrooms, a maid's room, and a lover's room.
Internally, the ground floor of the main building is dominated by the living room, with modern off-white sofas, armchairs in shades of fuchsia, artwork by significant Greek painters on the walls, and a large television. The ceiling is framed by wooden beams, while three huge windows offer unforgettable views of Paroikia Bay, day and night. Two tall French doors announce the exit to the pool and the unified spaces of the living room and barbecue.
The hospitable summer atmosphere, sought after by visitors to the Cyclades, is complemented next to the living room by the dining area with a 110-year-old monastery table and bamboo armchairs. The huge window offers a magnificent view of the sea and the famous Panagia Ekatontapiliani, standing proudly for 1,500 years. It is the work of the most important architect of the Byzantine Empire, Isidore, who designed the Hagia Sophia in Constantinople, the greatest monument of Christianity.
The dining area communicates through a large open archway with the fully equipped kitchen, which also has access from the main hallway. On the opposite side, there is the large WC and next to it the hallway, which on the left leads to a large bedroom and on the right to the maid's room (with its own bathroom) and the lover's room. The bedroom on the left has a king-size bed, a dressing area, a bamboo armchair, television, and three windows facing the sea. It also has a separate entrance with a large terrace and seating area facing the sea and the pool area. In the antechamber of the bedroom is a large closet and opposite it is the bathroom.
Before the main WC, we encounter an internal staircase, which leads to the first floor. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds, their own bathrooms, televisions, and spacious closets. One bedroom is particularly large, with two armchairs with a coffee table, a television, and a mini-bar. The two windows overlook the sea, while the French door leads to a terrace with a seating area and a view of the sea and the pool area. The large bathroom with double sinks is bathed in light, as it has an opening in the ceiling.
The second bedroom has a French door facing the sea, with a small sitting area, and a window facing the hill.
Pool
Three different doors lead to the pool area (15 meters long). There you will find comfortable loungers and sunbeds, to enjoy your swim and the sunset views on summer afternoons. Around the pool, there are flower beds with plants, an olive tree, and in the corner a shower for a quick bath.
A few meters from the pool is the outdoor dining area for 12 people, made of handmade cement, protected from the sun with a pergola. There you can enjoy lunch, as well as dinner at sunset, with exquisite food that can be prepared on the stone barbecue, which is right next to it.
Moments of relaxation, at any time of the day, are offered by the sofas and armchairs in the also covered area of the living room in the pool area.
Guesthouses
At the end of the pool, three guesthouses await guests, on three different levels. The ground floor is the largest. It includes: a king-size bed, a dressing area, a closet, a living room with bamboo armchairs, a television, a mini-bar, and, of course, its own bathroom.
An external staircase leads to the guesthouse on the first floor with a large bed (which can be separated into two singles), a dressing area, a bathroom, and a spacious closet. On the terrace, there is a small living room, with stunning views of the harbor and the unique sunset.
Underneath the ground floor guesthouse, an external staircase leads to the third guesthouse, with its unique privacy. The bed is a king-size bed and the bathroom is full of light. The French door leads us to the wonderful terrace overlooking the sea and the constant movement of ships. The sunset - and from this angle - accompanies every afternoon at Villa Magica.
