At the top of the hill, in Krotiri at a residential area only a few minutes away by car from the main centre of Parikia guests will find this spectacular villa! Offering spectacular views of the bay of Parikia and the magnificent sunset in the evening’s guests will be amazed by the positioning and the of the house.
While reaching the property a large paved area with pergolas is available for secure parking and entering the house with independent access to the guesthouse.
Upon entering Villa Overture a large welcoming area is available from where you have access to the 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom on the upper level through a staircase and the open plan living room with kitchen and dining area in between.
At the ground floor large windows offer unobstructed views of the outside and access towards the swimming pool patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary equipment where guests can prepare their own meals and enjoy either inside or outside at the dinning area. There, shaded under pergola a large marble dinning table with built in sofas is available for guests to relax, enjoy quality time with friends or family overlooking the swimming pool and the bay of Parikia.
On the same floor the two en-suite double bedrooms offer beautiful views and direct access to the outside where guest will love to spend most of their time.
On the upper level of the villa guests will find the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, a large closet and its own veranda. The veranda offers a spacious lounge area with built in sofas and sunbeds totally private from the rest of the house.
Next door, from its own entrée, guests will find the guest room composed of a large double bed and a sofa-bed which can comfortably sleep another 2 persons, this room is also equipped with its own en-suite bathroom and a small kitchenette. From here a small veranda outside offering amazing views is available which connects with the main villas outdoor living and pool area.
Just before entering the propertys entrance veranda an independent studio for 2 persons can be found with its own little veranda pergola shaded providing privacy and exclusivity.
The sandy beaches of Marcelo, Krios and Livadia are only a few minutes away from the house with easy access from the main road.
