Located at the south side of Antiparos overlooking the famous for its ancient legacy island of Despotiko Villa Partita is a beautiful cozy summer house offering all modern amenities and comforts to make a guest’s stay exceptional.
This elegant villa has a total surface of 140m2 all in one level combining a traditional architectural rhythm on the outside with local white bright walls surrounded by a beautiful garden. While entering the villa from the west side and the parking area a cozy outdoor living area welcomes you with 2 different relaxing spots from where the views of the sea and the island of Despotiko are unlimited.
From the same terrace you have access to the main house, the guestroom and the utility room which is used by the housekeeper which will be there taking care of the house during your stay but totally independent and offering the appropriate privacy.
Upon entering the house an open plan fully equipped kitchen attracts guests to prepare their own meals and gather around for a nice meal either indoors or outdoors. From the open plan living area, a hallway leads you to one double bedroom composed of two singles and a bathroom which is available for this room, the 2nd bedroom is composed of a large double bed, and open closet and with its own en-suite bathroom.
