It is situated in the southern part of the island just outside the picturesque village of Aliki with amazing views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands.
The house will captivate you with its impeccable facilities within its luxurious and spacious premises as it consists of 135sq.m. living space and it is separated into 2 semi levels.
From the main entrance, you enter a large open plan with a spacious comfortable living room and a nice dining table (for 6 people) from where you have view to the outside and the verandas. To the left on a semi level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all modern electrical available to prepare your own meals and breakfast at any time.
To the right, you will find 3 large bedrooms, 2 with doubles beds and one with two singles, each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Enjoy the outside terrace with spacious verandas, all around the house, paved with local stone, open out onto different views of the surrounding nature, the village of Aliki and the Aegean Sea.
The outside is a relaxation spot throughout both the day and night. You will also find a fully equipped BBQ with its beautiful traditional stone table where you will enjoy your quiet evenings dining and drinking wine under the clear sky, next to the jacuzzi for the more romantics!
