The main part of the residence has been built in the traditional architecture of the Cyclades. The building is set on different levels offering you large living areas with sitting lounges consisted of unique first-class furniture, amazing architectural design and beautiful interior decorations. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, as well as dining and living areas, a utility room and the 2 large en-suite bedrooms. From the bedrooms you have direct access to the outside part of the residence and to the pool area with its pool-bar and comfortable sunbeds which overlook towards the sea.

An internal staircase leads up to the first bedroom which consists of a large double bed, a changing room with a dressing and which gives you access to a second bedroom equipped with a large double bed, a small office and another children’s bedroom with playroom. All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and they offer access to the outside verandas with seating areas from where you can enjoy the amazing panoramic view of the Aegean Sea.

The 1st guest house being independent from the main house offers its own entrance and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It consists of a bright small kitchenette which leads you to the spacious two bedrooms with large double beds and bathrooms and the living area is consisted of a double sofa bed which can accommodate another 2 people. From this living room you have access to the outside terrace with its own outside sitting lounge.

From the guest house you also have access to the outdoors cinema space which is furnished with comfortable seats and a large projector and a 5.1 sound system for maximum entertainment.

Furthermore, Villa Santa Maria has a large outdoor playroom which consists of a spacious lounge area shaded under a pergola including a small bar, a WC, a large billiards table, a ping pong table and a soccer table, the place where all kids or even adults will love to stay when not at the beach or somewhere else in the premium spaces of the house.

Worth mentioning is the fact that the General Maintenance Manager of this villa lives in a special guest house as well as the housekeeper. Both are available throughout the day for anything guests might need since they offer daily housekeeping of the residence.
