This villa is part of a residence complex of 3 individual residences of 283sq meters in total spread across two levels. This complex is built according to the traditional Cycladic architectural style offering all modern facilities and amenities needed to make guests stay feel unique! Located in Elitas hill just before entering Parikia, it offers views towards the capital of the island Parikia, the port and the Aegean Sea. In total it can accommodate up to 12 adults and six children. The very spacious indoor areas include open plan living areas with dining tables and fully equipped kitchens in all 3 residences where guests can prepare their own meals. The outdoor areas have covered patios with dining tables, BBQs and private swimming pool for each residence.

Perfect to enjoy your vacation on the island suitable for families, or group of friends, due to its location the villas offer to their guest’s spectacular views of the capital of Parikia.
The villas have 6 bedrooms and very modern interiors, as well as big outside verandas equipped with many different sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors.
Built in 2012 the villas are surrounded by a garden with Levander, thyme and jasmine, also big outdoor verandas built with white Parian marble. The residences are set in two different levels that are connected by an outdoor staircase. They are built uphill, so its guest can take a full advantage of the spectacular views they have to offer.
First Level
This level includes 2 individual fully equipped residences Villa Do Minor and Villa Sol.
Villa Sol is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds or you have the option of a king size bed. It has an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table and bathroom, spread across 68sqm villa Galatea villa all modern amenities in comfort and has a BBQ and a private swimming pool outdoors. It can accommodate up to four people.
Villa Do Minor is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds or you have the option of a king size bed. It consists of an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The residence living areas are spread across 100sqm and has also a BBQ area and a swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children)
Second Level
On the second level an individual residence is situated with a very big veranda. This residence is called Amphitrite.
Villa Amphitrite is composed of a very big living room open plan with 2 couches and a coffee table as well as a fully equipped kitchen. It consists of 2 bedrooms 1 with a large double bed and the other with 2 single beds or you have the option of a king size bed, 2 bathrooms and a powder room (wc). The spacious outdoor lounge area overlooking the swimming pool in the front of the house is equipped with traditional Cycladic furniture and offers unobstructed sea views. There is also a roof garden that is easily accessible by an outdoor staircase. In total this villa’s living areas are spread across 115sqm and can accommodate up to 8 people (4 adults and 4 children).
