Villa Callas is a beautiful original manor situated on the Eastern side of Paros with a awesome panoramic views spanning from Mykonos to Naxos and onto the Southern Cycladic Islands. Immersed in the landscape and overlooking the sea, the villa is located just a few minutes drive from the jewel village of Naoussa.

Villa Callas it is partly tucked into the hill and offers complete seclusion and privacy. The main house includes an open plan kitchen, living room, TV room/study (which can be easily used as a 6th bedroom) and 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, one of which has its own private veranda with a deck overlooking the pool.
On the upper floor there are also 2 independent guest houses with their own access and parking which include a small kitchen, their own private verandas with shading pergolas.
The outdoor space of the villa includes a large pool, 2 lounge areas, one of them ideal for star gazing and a dining area perfect for al fresco enjoyment. If you’re lucky enough to be on the island during a full moon, you’ll have the most magical front row seats to the unique Cycladic moon rising.
The villa enjoys easy access to some of the most amazing beaches on Paros. The closest one is Tsoukalia, a wonderful, natural sandy beach, which is a 5-minute drive away. To the South is Golden Beach with plenty of windsurfing and kitesurfing spots. Kolymbithres and Monastiri Beaches with fantastic water sports are also about a 15-minute drive away to the North. The picturesque mountain villages of Kostos and Lefkes with lovely tavernas are a 5 and 10-minute drive away respectively.
Naousa, the cosmopolitan heart of Paros, is only 7-minute drive. Paroikia, the main port which is also home to the island’s marina is 15-minute drive. The airport is a 25-minute drive away.
