This beautiful Villa Gavotte is a newly built villa on the side of the hill of Kostos with an entire floor area of 270 m² on one level and is characterized by its true-to-detail Cycladic architecture with whitewashed natural stone exterior walls.
Due to its location the villa offers breath-taking panoramic views of the coast of Tsoukalia and the neighbouring islands of Naxos, Schoinousa and Ios and is characterised for its serenity and privacy.
Upon entering the plot, a stone paved area with parking space is available with access to both the main entrance of the house and the kitchen. From the main entrance you enter a small hallway which to the left leads you to two double en-suite bedrooms and to the right to the main open plan living and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen is available where guests will be able to prepare their meals and enjoy either in the indoor large dining table with seats for 10 or the outdoor built in marble table shaded under sailing canvas.
The spacious living area is equipped with a satellite TV, air-condition and cozy sofas where guests can relax and also enjoy the views through the large windows which receive a lot of light. From here there is also direct access to the outside lounge area.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the other side of the house with direct access too to the outdoor veranda. Two of the bedrooms offer double beds and the other two each offer two singles. All bedrooms are equipped with Air-conditions, their own en-suite bathrooms and satellite TVs. A utility room is also available with a washing machine and a dryer and an iron.
The outdoor veranda can be reached from all the bedrooms and the living area and is partially canopied by a stylish sailing canvas. It has a built-in dining area with a large marble table, multiple lounge areas are available for guests either shaded or not and sunbeds to enjoy during the day. A jacuzzi plus a swimming pool is also available for guests to use as well as a BBQ area where guests will have the chance to prepare their own meals outdoors and enjoy during the day or night in an amazing luxurious atmosphere from where they won’t be able to get enough of the breath-taking view of the sea, which extends as far as the horizon.
